Republic of Moldova can become a bridge between UE and CIS.
That is what Italian entrepreneurs think. On the U.C.C.E.O.’s initiative, a meeting was arranged among European small and middle enterprises representatives and Moldavian businessmen. At this meeting, Italian and Russian Federation ambassadors in Republic of Moldova confirmed the possibility of collaboration.
Gianfranco Suma, the president of the U.C.C.E.O. thinks that the collaboration will have a positive effect for all of the parties. For that reason possibilities of opening Italian projects in Moldova will be taken into consideration, which will let out products with Italian trademarks. Victoria Baciu, the vice-president of Welcome.md company, mentioned that appearance of these projects will have a positive impact on Moldavian economy, “The projects will allow to open new working places and adopt new experience and technology”
