Ltd. was founded on 16 April 1996. Initially, the company’s activity followed one direction – car body repair and car painting. With the necessary equipment, tools and materials bought and qualified staff hired and trained, the company successfully conquered and settled on the market of car services and began cooperation with a number of renowned domestic insurance companies. To develop the business and improve the quality of provided services, the company performed a detailed analysis of the international market and conducted several meetings and negotiations, and as a result, on 7 March 2006, signed an exclusive unlimited dealing contract with one of the world leading producers of premium paints and varnishes, the largest German group of companies BASF Coatings GmbH (Glasurit trademark). This step, due to the use of high-quality materials, imported independently, allowed cutting down the costs of works and obtaining superior quality in car repairs.

Besides importing materials according to contract terms and conditions, BASF Coatings GmbHprovidesextensive support in training our staff to use these materials and assimilate new techniques contributing to the improvement of the car repair process.

To develop the business and promote Glasurit brand on the territory of the country, the company signed a number of contracts with authorized Moldovan dealers of such auto giants as BMW and TOYOTA. The contract with AutoSpace Ltd., BMW dealer in Moldova, was signed in 2006. The contract with Continent Ltd, TOYOTA dealer in Moldova, was signed in 2008. Furthermore, a number of other contracts were signed with several largest car service centers around the country, such as Technocar, Rumeon, Stim-Auto and others.

In order to develop regional representative offices, in 2007 the company opened MOBILIS FLLC, a subsidiary with the exclusive right to represent the German group BASF Coatings GmbH on the territory of Transdniestria, establishing an efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation with AVTORED, a large Transdniestrian auto dealer.

 Intending to provide a wider range of services with the optimal value for money, the company signed a set of contracts with leaders in production of ancillary materials for car repairs, in particular: 3M, Saint-Gobain, EMM and 4CR. Following a practical analysis and tests of materials produced by these groups the company management decided to cooperate closer with the German group of companies 4CR, because its products are most optimal in terms of price and quality for promotion on the market of Moldova. The exclusive dealer agreement with 4CR was concluded in 2010.

Currently, Ltd is an active company with two main business directions:

1) trade of coatings (filler, ground coat, lacquer varnish, car polish etc. for car maintenance), abrasives and other ancillary materials by well-known premium German brands Glasurit and 4CR.

2) Car shops:  a) bodywork;

                     b) assembling;

                     c) leveling;

                     d) painting;

                     e) reworking of moulded composition and plastic car accessories;

The company has all professional equipment and material stocks necessary for operation of car shops. It has valid contacts with several insurance companies. The trade and maintenance surfaces and premises totaling 502.9 sq.m. are privately owned by the company. The business is efficient! All the necessary documentation (licenses, authorizations etc.) is in perfect order! The company shall be sold with all the surfaces, buildings and equipment, material and non-material assets.
