• From July 20 in Moldova all employers are obliged to give out to the workers

On February 3, 2012 changes were made to the Labour code of RM, and in particular, in Art. 9, h. (2), item (c), and Art. 10, h. (2), item (d).
According to them the employer is obliged to give out to each worker
personal permission to the admission to a workplace, and the worker is in turn obliged to carry constantly at itself such personal permission.
 
From July 20 all employers are obliged to give out to the workers permission to the admission to a workplace, and the worker is in turn obliged to carry constantly at itself this personal permission.
 
Corresponding changes and an admission sample on a workplace are published in «Monitorul Oficial». Its sizes - 9×6 centimeters. In it data of the employee are specified, and also the photo in the size three on four centimeters is placed. Except the admission also approved a sample of a standard form on registration of personnel.
 
In it the employer should specify number of employees and wages got by them. Amendments in the Labour code are adopted in January, and two new types of documents took effect just now. If the worker won't have this permission, and the employer will confirm the fact of issue of this document, the penalty can be imposed on the worker at the rate from 800 to 1000 mdl. The above-stated changes are one of government steps on fight against informal employment. Further modification of the Code about RM offenses by a way of increase in penalties for informal employment to 10 000 mdl for each illegal worker.

access on a workplace
It is published : 20.07.2012 in Monitorul Oficial Nr. 149-154     article ¹ : 571     Effective date : 20.07.2012
    The signing parties - the Government, the patronage presented by National confederation of patronage of the Republic of Moldova, and the trade unions presented by National confederation of trade unions of Moldova, for ensuring uniform application of provisions of Art. of 10 paragraphs (2) items c) and d) the Labour code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV from March 28, 2003 agreed as follows:
    Art.1. The sample of the form of the staffing table the enterprises (anex ¹ 1) and a sample of the nominal admission for access on a workplace (annex ¹ 2) affirms. 
    Art.2. Employers are recommended to use a sample of the staffing table of the enterprise and a sample of the nominal admission for access on a workplace according to appendices.
    Art.3. The present collective agreement comes into force from the date of its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
